Use our services and you're covered by our « Satisfied or your money back » quality commitment: if you're not satisfied with one of our services, you receive a full refund.
If you're not satisfied with the quality of our services, please send us by post within five days of the service:
– your booking confirmation
– the completed "satisfied or your money back" form
– your paid bill
– reasons for your dissatisfaction in at least 35 words
- All the documents required for a refund must be sent to us in one envelope by recorded delivery. The official date is that shown by the postmark.
- We recommend that you keep a copy of all the documents.
- The cost of sending the letter and the cost of the product are payable by you.
- If your request is approved, the refund will be made by bank transfer within thirty days of receiving the letter.
- No refunds are available if any instructions provided during the booking process were not followed.
- No refunds are available if you travelled with excess baggage for the vehicle booked.
- All complaints are reviewed by Chauffeured Car Service's office. If necessary, we will contact you by phone.
- If the aforementioned conditions are not met in full, no refunds can be issued.
If all the conditions are met, Chauffeured Car Service will refund the price of the service up to a maximum of €150, irrespective of the type and number of services booked.
